requires shell32.dll Version 4.71 or later. Shell32.dll version 4.71
comes with: Windows 2000, Windows NT 4.0 with Internet Explorer 4.0,
Windows 98, Windows 95 with Internet Explorer 4.0. Please consult Microsoft's
Internet Explorer Home Page for
an update of Internet Explorer. |

File->Open
does not seem to work |

File->Open
does not open the usual File Open Dialog Box as Word and Excel. It
opens the file selected in the Explorer and Files area's
in the lower left of the main application window. |

I get an error
message when I try to activate Imagener. |
A:

READ the
entire e-mail sent to you with the activation instructions before
attempting
to activate Imagener. The procedure is as follows - read
ALL five steps before attempting:
- Arrange your screen so that you can view at least PART of the
Activation window and ALL of the Activation information at the same time
on your screen.
- With your mouse,
highlight all of the Activation information from the <Activation> tag
to the </Activation> tag, INCLUDING both <Activation> and
</Activation>.
- Once all the Activation information is highlighted, holding
down the left mouse button on top of the highlighted text (making sure that
ALL of the text remains highlighted) drag over to anywhere in the Activation
window.
- Release the left mouse button. All of the Activation field
windows should populate with your information automatically. If this does not
occur, carefully repeat the above procedure.
- Click the 'Activate' button. If an error occurs, please carefully
repeat the above procedure.
