How Do I Download and Install Imagener?

Imagener is sent to you as a link in your e-mail - and Kneson Software may send you two links from two sources to make sure you recieve your software. Click on the download link in your e-mail. It should appear something like this:

           Simply click on the link (highlighted in blue above) and the download process should begin automatically.

Next, choose save when the File Download box apppears.

IMPORTANT: Make sure you know where you are putting the file. In other words, know what directory you are saving the file in.

Next, launch the newly saved file to begin installation. This can be done by browsing to the file in the Windows Explorer, or by choosing 'Start,' 'Run' and browsing for the file ImagenerEnhIS.exe (for the Enhanced version) or ImagenerProIS.exe (for the Professional version).

Activation instructions are here. Carefully read and follow all the prompts during the installation and activation process.

Choose 'Start,' 'Programs' (or 'All Programs' for versions of Windows XP) and launch the application.
